ALEXANDER MCMILLAN MEETING ROOM

• This room is designed for larger meetings, training sessions, launches, social functions etc.
• It is situated on the left at the top of the stairs. A lift is available to access this room from the reception area on the ground floor.
• The room is available to use in a variety of layouts. For lecture type use, the room will seat 40 - 50 people with room at the front for lecture podium.
• A whiteboard,with markers, is available at no additional costs. Video, and overhead projectors are also available on request at time of booking. There may be a small charge for the use of these.
• There is a kitchen, equipped with facilities for light refreshments, off the Alexander McMillan Meeting Room. Beyond the kitchen is a Staff Room that is available for hire but is not included in the Alexander McMillan Room hire costs.

A photocopying service is available upon request made to the receptionist, to users of meeting rooms.

Toilets, including a toilet for people with a disability are available on both floors.
