DUNEDIN COMMUNITY HOUSE is situated at 283-301 Moray Place DUNEDIN and was opened in January 2001.

It is a unique complex providing low cost affordable office space and administration support to community & voluntary organizations in a supportive environment within DUNEDIN.

Being centrally positioned the building accommodates 16 full time tenants and has meeting rooms which are available to the community as well as local and central Government departments and the business community.

As an organization we take pride in the building and facilities and believe it is an important asset for the city.
