Monthly Forums

The objective of these sector forums is to look at ways the Community and Social Services could work together to ensure services required by the community is not compromised through the economic down turn we are currently experiencing. 

COSS (Dunedin) has already held two forums to discuss this at a sector wide level and now are providing the opportunity for specific areas of the sector and community to work together to find solutions to the issues clients, organisations and the community are facing.

We have teamed up with the Star to provide a forum for discussion with the wider community.  The Star will be reporting on the outcomes of these meetings and asking our community for ideas which will feed back to the sector.  It is a way for the whole community to take action and build resilience through this time and beyond.

All forums will be held in the Clifford Skeggs Gallery, Municipal Chambers, the Octagon from 2:00pm - 5:00pm.
